This parcel includes one of the oldest Gold and Silver mines in Clark County, going back to the middle of the 1800's. In August of 1968 Howard Hughes' Hughes Tool Company purchased this mine and ran it until the mid 1970's. We had an assay done about 8 years ago and it showed signs of Gold, Silver, Nickel, Zink, and Copper to name a few.

• Gravel Reserves •

There are millions of yards of gravel. A Western Technologies analyses showed some of the highest grad type 2 gravel which is used for roads and houses. Granite mountain and other gravel products are also on site. Many other uses. Take a look and use your imagination.
